Who we are.

Adasta Properties is a locally-owned property management & development firm that specializes in multi-family and commercial rental properties in Winnipeg, Manitoba and surrounding areas. We offer quality long-term rental options to accommodate many different needs and lifestyles. All of our suites are newly developed or recently renovated with a modern flare. We believe in putting our tenants first by ensuring that our properties are located in great neighbourhoods close to necessary amenities, are kept clean, and are always well maintained.

If there are no vacancies, or if there are apartments coming soon, you may add yourself to a waitlist to be contacted as soon as something that fits your needs becomes available.

Heat and water are included in rent. Electricity and other optional amenities (such as WiFi or cable) are the responsibility of the tenant.

We have limited pet policy, please contact us for more information. Smoking is not permitted in any of our suites or their shared spaces (interior or exterior).

All of our leases require a minimum of a twelve month term.

We require a damage deposit of 50% of one month's rent, prior to moving in.

Some of our properties have parking on-site, while others have parking nearby. Please refer to each property to see what parking is available.
